R.bourgeois is keen to adapt the level of automation of the manufacturing process depending on the production quantities.<\/p>\n

\n

Thanks to our vertical injection moulding presses and our vertical clamping units with rotary tables, we can offer plastic overmoulding with various material types \u2013 PA, PPA, PET and other technical materials \u2013 in order to insulate the magnetic circuit notches with a lining of at least 0.7 mm.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The presses used for this process are 150 T with manual or automated loading, depending on the volume.<\/p>\n
